as you will have noticed all the banknotes have sterling printed on the notes which means
they are legal tender in england..
but did you know that all scottish banknotes are not legal tender not even in scotland!!!
yes its a strange law we have!!
Fascinating. So individual banks can issue their own banknotes. That must be very complicated. I would think that this would lend itself to fraud.
